大塘街社区服务中心位于中山四路秉政街17号， 2001年成立，面积1200平方米。中心一楼设立咨询处、百姓心声站等服务窗口，服务项目包括劳动保障监察、计生、综合救助、法律服务、协税护税、出租屋管理、“三车”保管、退休人员管理、养老资助、劳动再就业、职业指导；二楼设立义工中心、文化站，长期举办助老、助残、文化、体育、环保、保健知识、消防等为民惠民活动。

■Datang Street Community Service Center

　　Datang Street Community Service Center is located at No. 17, Bingzheng Street, Zhongshan Road 4th. The center was founded in the year 2001 and covers an area of 1, 200 square meters. It has a consultation section as well as complaint and service windows on the first floor providing services on labor and social welfare, family planning, comprehensive salvation, legal assistance, taxation assistance and protection; administration of rental apartments, safekeeping of vehicles, retiree administration, subsidization for the elderly, re-employment of laid-off workers, and vocational guidance. On the second floor are the Volunteers Service Center and the Cultural Station, which provide regular assistance to the elderly and the disabled. It is also the venue for conducting all sorts of activities for the local residents, including cultural and sports activities as well as lectures on healthcare and firefighting, etc...
